Three new tenants have signed up for long-term leases on newly refurbished properties at Cheney Manor Industrial Estate in Swindon. The announcement comes as demand rises for high-quality industrial space in the South West. The new tenants are Critical Environment Solutions, World Mission Agency – Winners Chapel International, both of which have taken a 10-year lease and Kwik Fit, which has signed a 15-year lease. Tim Knowles of FI Real Estate Management said: “We’ve seen unprecedented demand for high-quality industrial property across our UK-wide portfolio and particular interest in trade counter-style space here in Swindon.”
