We’d like to welcome you to Swindon’s all-day music festival on the 22nd July 2023, with the first of their line-up announced.
This music event, in partnership with South Swindon Parish Council, will take place at The Old Town Ball over two stages, third year running.
First headline act to be announced is Imperial Leisure, delivering fun and high energy for the audience to dance along to. A 90’s punk and hip hop genre style, fun for all you throwback lovers!
Alongside Imperial Leisure; The Real Cheesemakers. Wiltshire’s very own band, describing themselves as ‘purveyors of nonsense, top – quality rubbish and the finest wallops of cod’. Time to switch off and have a laugh.
Songwriters and friends Joseph and James, also known as True Strays will also be at this fun festival, bringing Americana Roots Rock and Roll to the stage, adding to the wild mix of genres.
Co – organiser Ed Dyer said: “We are beyond excited to be bringing Imperial Leisure back to Swindon. They are one of the best festival bands around and will close out the night with a bang.
"We are also excited to continue our tradition of bringing the best the local music scene has to offer and are looking forward to Wiltshire acts like True Strays and The Real Cheesemakers joining the party. We can’t wait to reveal more of the local acts we will be working with.”
This festival is family friendly and will also include a variety of local food and drink, a perfect combination!
